This process doesn’t require any Internet Connection, Credit Card, Debit Card or Direct Top-Up card; instead it just requires some Balance in your Account. Dial: *131*<Amount>*<Receiver’s Number># (E.g. *131*30*9820098200#)
Transfer Limit: 5 Rupees to 30 Rupees
Service Charge: 2 Rupees (5 Rupees to 9 Rupees transfer); 3 Rupees (10 Rupees to 19 Rupees transfer); 4 Rupees (20 Rupees to 30 Rupees)
Note: Sender can transfer just once a day and Receiver can receive balance up to 3 times a day. Also the processing charge differs with State)
Airtel
Dial: *141# and follow the instructions
Transfer Limit: 5 Rupees to 50 Rupees
Note: Sender should have 20 Rupees as their minimum balance to avail this facility
Aircel
Dial: *122*666# and follow the instructions
Transfer Limit: 5 Rupees to 100 Rupees
Service Charge: 1 Rupees per transaction
Note: Sender can transfer just once a day and transfer can be possible only between two prepaid numbers
Idea
Dial: *567*<Receiver’s Number>*<Amount>#
Transfer Limit: 10 Rupees to 50 Rupees
Service Charge: 2 Rupees per transaction
Note: Sender can transfer just once a day
BSNL

Transfer Limit: 5 Rupees to 50 Rupees
